Travelling with Kids: Breakfast with Quaker Soft Baked Bars

This is a Sponsored post written by me on behalf of Quaker Oats for SocialSpark. All opinions are 100% mine.

Eating on the road can be both incredibly expensive and often not very healthy, so one of the things that I try very hard to do is to pack our breakfast when we head out on road trips!  I look for wholesome food that tastes great and is easy to eat on the run, because you never know if you'll get a late start and need to have a breakfast snack on the run!

One of the products that looks like it would make an excellent on the go snack is the new Quaker Soft Baked Bar that combine great taste with 5g of protein, 6g of fiber and 5 B-vitamins in just 140 calories!

The only drawback for our family is that both of the new varieties have nuts, so Wayne won't be able to eat them... but I know that the Cinnamon Pecan bread makes my mouth water with anticipation and Robyn is a huge fan of Banana Nut Bread, so we'll probably have to buy both of these great new flavors:

And having leftovers to bring home is no problem, because if there are some when I get home to a microwave, I can turn them into a true bakery treat by warming them up!

What would you do with the new Quaker Soft Baked Bar?  Which flavor would you prefer?
