Unfortunately, Restaurant.com only serves the US right now, and most restaurant certificates are good for a year, so anyone who lives in the US or plans to travel here and knows where they will be eating can enter!

Wayne (aka Heather's Hubby) snapped this picture of Liam on our trip to Blue Mountain, on a hike at Walter's Falls and it just begs for a great caption... so I am offering up a $25 Restaurant.com gift certificate for the winning caption to be judged by the family on Thursday, July 29th - cut off is NOON on Thursday for guesses and the winner will be emailed that evening and published the next morning...
Restaurant.com gift certificates are good for US restaurants only, but are good for one year after purchase, so this contest is open to anyone from anywhere around the world who will use a US restaurant gift certificate...

Best Laid Plans... derailed
Okay, I had high hopes for my first product review and give away on this blog... but I'm missing a key component from the company I am reviewing for ... the code for your discount!!! So I'm putting that off a few days until I get things straightened out... it will probably be a much better review after it percolates on paper for a few days anyway...
I was also hoping to award a Restarurants.com gift card to one lucky winner from yesterday's game, but unfortunately no one has caught my lie yet! My hubby says to tell you it's getting easier to win, because the two women who played yesterday have helped narrow it down to 3 instead of five... so go and vote - and yes you can vote again for one of the remaining three Dinah and Nicole! You will have until Sunday night at Midnight to enter your vote, and then I will randomly choose a winner from all those who caught me in my lie!
Which means that I'm also, in a round about way, making the announcement that our little family of four, which we thought was complete, isn't done yet and we will be adding a new member by November 8th... which is my due date but not likely the day I will give birth according to my wonderful O/B! I ended up being close to a hypertension diagnosis when I went into early labour with my son and have been told that I will be induced before it gets bad, if it happens again...
So much for plans to head back into the workforce when Liam started school full time next September....
I proudly introduce 'peanut' to the world... or ask my husband has nicknamed him/her - Ack Baby!
So far the morning sickness is starting to wain, but the fatigue is going strong... so my house is a disaster and I am having a hard time keeping up with the bloggy world... so I apologize in advance for the combination of Preggo Brain and Mommy Brain that will induce inane comments on your blog and silly posts on mine...

Four Truths and A Lie... the April Fools Edition of AB CONTEST
This is an old "get to know you game' that we used to play on some parenting boards I used to host... There will be a $25 gift card from Restaurants.com custom ordered for a randomly selected commenter who chooses the lie. The contest is only open today and will close at 11:59PM EST TONIGHT, and Friday's post will reveal both the winner and the lie :)
There are six stipulations for correct entries:
1. You must include a valid email address (where it says it will not be visible) so I can contact you AND
2. You must be a current follower of mine in at least one way - Google Friends Connect, Networked Blogs, 3. Facebook Fan or Twitter and let me know how you follow me
4. You must clearly chose ONE letter - A B C D or E as your vote
5. You may only vote once, and may include a comment or not
6. Members of my immediate family are excluded from both voting and revealing my lie.
So in no particular order, I tell you four TRUTHS about me and one LIE:
A Before staying at home with my children, I managed a Market Research Call Center
B My oldest daughter is my husband's biological niece who we adopted
C I am pregnant with our third child
D I have a tattoo of a tudor rose on my back
E My dream car is a Minivan
**** no one has caught out my lie as of 3 AM on Friday morning, so I am extending the deadline to vote for your choice to Sunday night at Midnight and will announce the winner in my Mmmmonday post.
