With little changes, comes significant growth.
This week our graduating students were presenting their capstone projects. For many students in the room, I was their intro professor three or four year prior. What struck me this year is that they were not fundamentally different as freshmen but subtle changes in their look, language, posture and attitudes have transformed them from being kids to now being ready to be young professionals. I was proud to see how many of the students have made the transition. I wish them all the best as they move onto their next adventure in life.
