25 Days of Cookies Day 1 - Chewy Chocolate Cookies (w/GF option)

I reviewed Special Diets for Special Kids a while back and there are some fabulous cookie recipes in it, so I thought I'd share this one that definitely works as a Gluten Free recipe, but you can also use any flour in it, so it's also great for households who don't have to worry about gluten.

These are delicious cookies — rich and chewy. The original recipe called for only 2 tablespoons flour, and they work just as well with GF flour. They are very sweet so make them for special occasions only.
