This time, we were already familiar with the Honey Nut Chex - they're my son's go-to breakfast at home and at school 90% of the time, and the fruit roll ups variety pack is always a hit too... so the first thing we tested was the Gluten Free brownie mix - it was easy to make, baked up beautifully and if you didn't know what you were eating, you'd swear you were having those yummy two bite brownies that are popular all over! I haven't had a chance to try the GF yellow cake mix, I'm waiting until we have a celebration where Liam's class needs cupcakes and then he and I will make these and ice them with the Rich & Creamy frosting and share them with his preschool class!
The only thing that wasn't to my four year old's taste was the Larabar... but he's got a texture/visual issue with many foods, so it's wasn't a taste issue... and for the bit I had it was yumm-o!
