Product Review: Giant Microbes Christmas Ornaments

What do you get for the Christmas tree that has everything?

It's own set of diseases and illnesses of course!

Robyn is studying Cell biology this semester in school... as well as studying the regular 7th grade science curriculum... which seems to be heavy on biology this semester too... so when I found out that I'd be reviewing one of the cool products from http://www.giantmicrobes.com, I knew it would be right up her alley!

The question became what cool germ or germs did we want to add to the family?

I thought long and hard about Food Poisoning
and Sniffles really sneezes, which would thrill Liam to no end....
but I decided that the Christmas season wouldn't be complete if our entire family of five didn't get something, so I selected:
Merry Christmas Microbes! Tree Ornaments:
Trim your tree with Common Cold, Brain Cell, Kissing Disease, E. coli and the limited-edition Red Amoeba, festively adorned with a Santa hat, reindeer antlers, winter scarf, candy cane, and mistletoe.

My review:
These cute little wide-eyed stuffed creatures are a fun addition to the tree that had everything... With our wacky sense of humor, the common cold seems like the perfect addition to the tree... and they're all decked out so festively!

The set comes in this cool Christmas tree shaped box:
and are all well made and ready to hang on the tree...

At just $24.95, they are priced right for gift giving - I think they'd be a hit with teenagers, medical professionals or science geeks!  Good thing I have a teenage science geek in our house who is chomping at the bit to put up our tree so she can find a place to put the kissing disease ornament...

Giantmicrobes has more than just stuffed animals too - they also have apparel
Coffee Mugs
and more!  Check out the entire line up at http://www.giantmicrobes.com

Giantmicrobes was great to work with - they processed my order quickly and shipped it to me in no time at all!  If you're looking for a unique holiday gift for the geek who has everything... check them out!
