Our Responses

1. Tuesday is April 1st - will you be participating in April Fool's Day?

W - Someone will probably trick me...

H - I plead the 5th...

2. Decribe the month of March in 5 words or less...

W - Turning 40 sucked

H - When will we see spring?

3. Do you like fish?  Have you had/would you have an aquarium in your home?

W - I would love to have an aquarium, but we travel too much to have one.

H - Robyn had a series of beta fish and I am over that... I prefer going to the SC Aquarium and enjoying the fish that are well cared for there.

4. April is National Poetry Month - do you write/read poetry?  Share a favorite if you have one!

W - I used to write poetry, but I don't have much time for it right now.  I am too busy writing exam questions and scholarly papers.

H - I am a reader, not a writer... and one of my favorites since kindergarten is Shel Silverstein -

“I'm making a list
I'm making a list of things I must say
For politeness,
And goodness and kindness and gentleness
Sweetness and rightness:
Hello
Pardon me
How are you?
Excuse me
Bless you
May I?
Thank you
Goodbye
If you know some that I've forgot,
Please stick them in your eye!”
― Shel SilversteinWhere the Sidewalk Ends

And here is our 5th Question:

Heather spent half an hour complaining to Dell customer service about Robyn's laptop last night - the hard drive has died for the FOURTH time and the laptop is out of Warrenty by a few months... and customer service couldn't understand why I didn't want to pay for the repair and why I asked to be escalated to management...

Do you complain to customer service when you have problems?  Do you call companies when you have had excellent service or love a product?
