My Yummy #dresscipe using @kraftdressing #AnythingDressing

Dipping has become an important part of our dinner routine at our house, as we try to introduce new foods and new tastes to Erik and try to eat more fresh, raw vegetables as a family!  Today I headed out to Walmart to get some inspiration for dipping beyond the usual ketchup and plain ranch dressing ... I wanted to break out of the routine so I headed for the dressing aisle and focussed on Kraft's Anything dressings:

I was inspired by all of the great choices, but decided to focus on Greek flavors for dinner tonight and I decided to make this my central flavor for planning:

I was disappointed to have missed the opportunity to check out the Kraft Anything sampling demos that went on in September, but I know that there are lots of yummy things I can do with this line up of yummy flavors!  And since I missed out on the demo opportunities, the best place to check is online:

Getting to the heart of the matter... Mondays are busy days for this Never-Stay-At-Home mom... and today was no different... after getting a phone call from Robyn this morning to request that I drive 'the right binder' up to her so she wouldn't get penalized in class for not having her homework, heading to Walmart to find everything for dinner, heading home for lunch and to put away groceries, volunteering at Liam's school, an afterschool doctor's appointment for Robyn and a few other errands, I knew that I would need a simple but yummy supper to feed the family tonight!

We haven't had turkey in a while and I was in the mood for feta cheese, so I targeted that yummy Kraft Greek Anything dressing as the central flavor for my recipes!  I love how versatile it is - as a marinade, a sauce and a dip!!!

While I was home at lunch, I mixed 1 tbsp of Greek Yogurt with 1/2 a cup of Kraft Greek Anything Dressing and set my turkey breast chops to marinate in the fridge!

When I got home after Robyn's doctor's appointment, all I had to do was pre-heat the oven to 350F and sprinkle the chops with some chopped tomatoes and feta cheese:

I baked the Greek Turkey for 30 minutes, along with a pan of Sweet Potato Waffle Fries and used the remaining Greek Yogurt, along with 2 tbsp of the Kraft Greek Anything dressing to make a fabulous, tangy dip for our raw veggies and plated our meal:

As you can imagine, it got rave reviews!  Erik was gobbling up the dip with his sweet potato fries and everyone cleaned their plates completely!   I love how I could tie the flavors together and get great taste from just picking up one bottle of Kraft Anything dressing!  I won't be home for supper tomorrow, but Wednesday I'm planning an Asian feast for the senses using Asian Toasted Lite Sesame Anything dressing... you'll have to stop back to my Acting Balanced Facebook Page to see how that turns out!
