Holiday Gift Guide - Plan 2 Bee Planner Review

Is there someone on your holiday shopping list who chronically adds "Be healthier, eat better, lose weight, make more time for myself" to their list of New Year's Resolutions?  Or are you that someone?  I want to introduce you to Plan 2 Bee - a different kind of planner and one that can help you set and track goals, change negative habits into positive ones and still keep track of your busy life...

Developed by a busy mom who had the same goals as many of us, the Plan 2 Bee Planner, along with the website offer a simple (and color coded) way to prioritize and change your habits.  Instead of needing separate exercise logs, nutrition logs, goal plans and calendar, Lisa Casler has put it all together in one place.

Divided into Quarters with a monthly overview and then into weekly pages, you have the tools you need to set your priorities, write your goals and create an action plan to make it happen.
Each week offers a weekly log that is divided into two sections and helps you track both your activities AND your rest time.  For me, this week has been crazy - with both boys being sick and Erik getting a new tooth on top of that, so my rest time has been very limited (to the point of scary) but knowing that and tracking how to improve it is one of my goals for next week - getting Erik back onto his schedule and making sure I go to bed on time rather than play on the web or read.
The first section is the overview and it's where you can write in your appointments, wake and sleep times and general things.
The second section is a place to detail your fitness and nutrition and also to rank your energy levels at any given point - something that's important to consider that as moms we often don't do.
There is also a tip for each week and a reminder of the mantra that's important throughout the planner "I will put me at the top of the list for 2012"
Once you've completed the first Quarter, the planner offers you more detailed opportunities to plan and set goals and build towards your ultimate goal or resolution.

I know that I need to do this for me and for my family, so despite the fact that I don't make resolutions, I will be starting to Plan 2 Bee in January!  At only $19.95, this planner offers so much in one spiral bound book!  Just visit to order yours!
