Updates on everyone:
Erik is now choosing to walk as often as he crawls... and he has the bruises to prove it
Liam is back to his obsession with the movie CARS.... we got away from it for a few months while the disk was 'lost', but it got found and now I have the theme song running through my head constantly...
Robyn is heading back to school in less than a week... so I've been waking her up before noon every day this week... neither one of us are really looking forward to that first week back, at least the mornings...
She also had her first surfing lesson this week and has decided that she's happy as a body surfer for now - she doesn't have the upper body strength to 'pop' up onto the board and came home more bruised and battered than she expected... luckily the lesson was a groupon buy so she got to try it out before I committed a tonne of $$.
Wayne got the chance to get away from us for a quick overnight trip to Atlanta to check out the how they're organizing the PGA Championship next year, since he is going to be co-chair of the corporate suites at next year's PGA championship held out at Kiawah... I would totally have gotten more out of the event... but he said he had some fun...
As for little old me, I have rejoined the MOMS Club after taking a short sabbatical - and I'm really enjoying connecting with old friends and meeting new ones... I missed getting together with other mommies... it didn't hurt that both events we went to this week were pool parties...
One thing that I learned about heading to the pool this week is that I've lost more weight than I thought I had.. none of my swim suits fit... nice problem to have, except that I can't find a new suit I like at the end of season sales...
I also have learned that I really haven't gotten back to blogging... so many plans, so little time... but I will have new giveaways up shortly!
