Product Review and Giveaway - Pajama City

Okay, it's not often that I am jealous of my own kids, but I have to say that every holiday season, I get a twinge of jealousy when my kids open up one special present on Christmas Eve to reveal their new pajamas for Christmas morning!  They are usually warm, fluffy, footy pjs that just aren't made for grown ups...  I usually get boring nightgowns or button up pajamas made from thin cotton or maybe flannel...

But not this year!!! I found Pajama City and will be sporting some fabulous Footed Pajamas of my own!!!  I let Robyn pick out her favorites for me from the wonderful selection at http://www.pajamacity.com.

Which ones do you think she chose?

Did she pick the Puppy Paw Print Footed Pajamas with Drop Seat?

Or the Pink Leopard Print Drop Seat Fleece Pajamas

Or did she go with the Snowflakes Print Fleece Drop Seat Footed Pajamas

My review:

I am a footed pajama addict, and I have a feeling that Pajama City is going to be my new favorite PJ place!  These adult footed pajamas have it all - non-skid feet, a drop seat and even ... wait for it... POCKETS!!!  The best part for me is that, with the zip front, they are excellent nursing pajamas and so warm and cozy, being made of polar fleece, that I never want to take them off...   The fleece is stretchy and soft and so wonderfully cozy.

And did I mention a drop seat?  How cool is that...

Actually, my real favorite thing is the pockets... again, as a nursing mommy, I am forever trying to keep track of a soother, burp cloth and other baby paraphernalia, so having two big kangaroo pockets is fabulous!

As for sizing, the ordering chart was easy to understand, but knowing my body as it is, i went up a size to accommodate the fact that I have long legs and a short waist, so pajamas and pants are always short... but if you are a normally proportioned person, you shouldn't have a problem with size.

My only complaint is that sometimes when I sit down, the velcro from the drop seat sometimes detaches - probably because of the junk in my trunk, but it's not a Janet Jackson moment, because the drop seat is designed with an extra flap, it's just a little disconcerting to hear the velcro come apart.

These pajamas have been worn and washed and have retained their size and comfy quality.  They are well stitched  and the zipper and cuffs are high quality, meaning these pajamas should serve me well all winter, and for many winters to come! I am looking forward to Christmas morning when the whole family (minus Wayne, so far as he knows) can take our annual Christmas picture in footed pajamas!

So, which ones did Robyn choose for me?

Snowflakes... of course!
