I've had my glucose 1 hour screen... felt sick as a dog afterwards... hoping that is a good sign, cause I wasn't sick like that with Liam.. but I haven't got the results back yet...
-for those who don't know me well, I'm sitting on tinderhooks, because I had Gestational Diabetes with Liam and have kinda been expecting to have it again with Ach Baby... but it's not a given, since this is a new placenta and a new me...
Ach Baby's heart beat is still in the mid 150's and sounded great on the Doppler... and despite the weight gain, I'm back to measuring on date - maybe I don't need a Halloween costume for Ach Baby after all? Only time will tell...
The Name Game
As for names, Wayne thinks he has narrowed his choices down... once we had decided on a name with Liam, we told everyone... but this time, I'm wondering if we should keep Ach baby's name to ourselves for a while... looking for advice... when did you tell people the name of your child? Did you wait? Did you change it? Even if you don't have kids, what advice do you have for me?
